If you subscribe in the web app, you're billed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you're billed through your store account. Either way, we never see your full card details.
Web app: open the You tab and tap Cancel membership — you can also pause for a month instead. iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → The Daily Oracle. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; for app store subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but your statutory consumer rights (including under the Australian Consumer Law) always apply. For web subscriptions billed through Stripe, email hello@thedailyoracle.org. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (via the Play Store). See our Terms for details.
